The Legend premium heavy duty line includes range match ovens, counter equipment, fryers, broilers, gourmet pizza ovens and custom made chinese ranges. The heavy duty gas cooktops offer a choice of over 20 standard variations, as well as custom designs on request.
Ovens are front vented, eliminating cold areas at the front for even heat distribution. In addition a unique extended flue path design retains heat longer. The doors are counter-weighted and famous for their durability.
