Tim Kellers, co-owner of Metro, says “The task of building a new restaurant can sometimes seem overwhelming at times. To help ease extra stress we partnered with Pacific Restaurant Supply in the designing of our kitchen as well as our table top. Peter's experience and expertise helped us with not only creating a beautiful open kitchen but a highly functional one as well. Working with Luke to select our Mikasa supplies for glassware, plates and cutlery also proved to be a huge benefit as we have received many compliments on our table settings at Metro. Working with the team at Pacific helped reduce stress and allowed us to focus on other aspects of getting a 200 seat restaurant open. We opened on time and on budget thanks to them.
