Located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Pacific Restaurant Supply opened its doors in November of 2001 as a full service dealer of commercial food equipment. Drawing on the extensive experience of its principals, the company has developed a reputation for reliability and customer service.

With a showroom and warehouse on East Hastings Street in Vancouver, we have assembled a team which includes our own in-house designer who produces leading-edge restaurant design. We are competitive in first class kitchen design and quality custom stainless steel work, and offer a selection of used and reconditioned restaurant equipment.

We strive to provide the best service, and the best products, at the best price, to our valued customers. Using our extensive knowledge of the commercial food industry, we believe in helping our customers succeed in their businesses.

Peter Evanow, President With 26 years of experience in the food equipment business, Peter mastered its complexities at Butt & Bowes, a venerable and respected family-owned company in the B.C. market for many years. Beginning with sales, he moved into management and then ownership of several food service companies. Rolf Meier, Sales Vancouver Island Rolf's experience is hands-on in the food service industry, beginning with cook's training in Switzerland, through executive chef positions in Toronto and Vancouver, to F&B Manager at Shaughnessy Golf & Country Club. In 1992 he made a career change to food equipment sales with Butt & Bowes, and has been developing a loyal customer base on Vancouver Island since 1994. Located in Nanoose Bay he is ideally situated to provide service to the Island. His background in food & beverage gives him first hand knowledge of his customers' needs, and fuels his belief in the importance of customer service. rolf@pacificrestaurantsupply.com

Dave Hodgins, Contract Manager After 10 years of food & beverage management experience in Ontario, Dave moved to Vancouver and into food equipment sales. Following invaluable experience as a factory rep, he found his niche in contract sales. He is responsible for quotations on new installations and renovations, designs and drawings, computer assisted drafting, and in general coordinating all aspects of contract sales. dave@pacificrestaurantsupply.com
